How do I know you have received my order?
As soon as payment is received, an order number is generated.  Our customer service team will ensure that you item is picked and packed.  You will receive an email confirmation of your order and tracking number.

How do I track my order?
For deliveries via couier - pleas contact: 036 488 1050
 with your tracking number.  For free delivery to Mascor Branches for collection - please contact:

I can not find what I am looking for.
